Pamil looks after the whole payroll process and you do not need any payroll knowledge or training to work with us. Flexible enough to meet your exact requirements, with quick turn round times where required, and providing tailored management reporting.

Complete managed service
Equivalent to having your own payroll department. You speak directly with the person who knows, understands and processes your payroll. All Pamil staff are trained in payroll administration: we do not employ any staff solely to input data.

Simple set-up implementation
We carry out all necessary work in setting up your payroll.

Tailored input methods
By post, telephone, fax, e-mail or via direct PC input. We work with you to establish the most efficient form of input, taking account of issues that are important for your organisation.

Tailored management reports
Tailored to your requirements or just choose the reports required from a large selection of standard reports. Also available electronically, in PDF or Excel format.

All payment frequencies and methods
Monthly, weekly, fortnightly and four-weekly processing. Payment by BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Service), Cash, Cheque, GIRO etc.

Payslips
Detailed open or closed or e-payslips.  

End of year returns
Completion and submission of end of year returns P14s/P60s, P35s.

Expenses management option
By agreement Pamil will deal with payment of expenses with salary, calculation and settlement of pension contributions etc.

Optional services available:
Preparation of P11D returns and calculation of Class 1A National Insurance liabilities, International and Expatriate payroll facilities.
